NPM supplies many flooring extrusions including but not limited to: aluminium carpet binder bar, aluminium carpet trim, tile bar, aluminium stair carpet nosing, and tile thresholds. All extrusions are offered in standard mill finish and many other anodized finishes. We also offer hammered, brushed, wooden and powder coated finishes upon request. Our floor trim has a high resistance to corrosion and is easy to machine, cut, form or weld. Our products are resistant to stress cracks and are non-magnetic.

Aluminium step nosing are used to decorate the edges of stairs or steps. These nosing serve a variety of purposes:

They provide visibility by enhancing the edges of steps. This allows user to correctly judge a step’s edge, hence preventing any mishaps from missed steps.

The step nosing can increase friction of the steps through having an anti-slip surface. This allows more traction from areas that are prone to outdoor conditions, or industrial areas prone to chemicals or oil spilling.

They can potentially improve the aesthetic aspect of stairs, depending on the design adopted.

The requires practically no maintenance.
